George is a member of the KIKO family and has been with the company since 1991. He is a lifetime member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association and currently serves on the OAA Board of Directors.  George is also a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Stark County Association of Realtors.  He is a member of the Washington Ruritan Club,  OSU Life Alumni, and the Alpha Gamma Rho Alumni. 

George has the A.A.R.E. (Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate) distinction. He is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School in Kansas City, Missouri.  George has a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. He received his Real Estate license in 1996, and his Auctioneers license in 1992. 

George currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Russ Kiko Associates Inc. He is a third-generation member of the company.

George’s areas of auction specialty include land, farms, homes, and antiques. He has experience in developing a marketing strategy, as well as land layouts, to increase seller’s net returns. According to George, the company is blessed to have a tight-knit family to ensure that your auction is backed by countless years of experience. George and his wife, Becky, have six wonderful children, and reside on a small farm in Nimishillen Township. They are members of St. Louis Catholic Church in Louisville.
