Richard is a member of the KIKO family and has been with the company since 1956. Richard is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Stark County Associates of Realtors.  He is also a member of the Farm Bureau and the Rotary. 

Richard is a graduate of the Missouri School of Auctioneering in Kansas City Missouri. He holds brokers licenses in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Richard received his real estate license in 1961, and his auctioneer’s license in 1959. Richard was inducted into the Ohio Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame, as well as the National Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame.  Richard is also a licensed pilot. 

He is President of the Richard T. Kiko Agency, and serves as a Board member for Russ Kiko Associates. Richard is a second-generation member of the company.

Richard’s areas of specialty include farms, and commercial and residential property.
