Theresa M. (Kiko) Blocher Theresa is a member of the KIKO family and has been full-time with the company since 1989. She is a lifetime member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, and a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Stark County Association of Realtors, Minerva Area Chamber of Commerce, the Canton Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Minerva YMCA Board of Directors. Theresa has a Bachelors Degree in Business from The Ohio State University. She received her Real Estate license in 1989, her Broker’s License in 1992, and her Auctioneers license in 1990. Theresa has served in the capacity of Vice President for Russ Kiko Associates. Currently she serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Ohio Auctioneers Association. She is a third-generation member of the company. Theresa is a motivated full-time auctioneer and Realtor, dedicated to helping her clients reach their goals. |
