James A. Pietro

James Pietro is a very successful real estate broker/agent.  He has been in the business since 2000 and in his career, he has built a very successful clientele and is a multi-million dollar producer.  He obtained his MBA out of high school and became a real estate agent in Tuscarawas County and surrounding counties.  He lists, sells, and negotiates real estate transactions.  He develops successful marketing plans to assist his clients in reaching their goals.

He joined his family in becoming one of the top most producing real estate agents. His mother Kathy Pietro, has been a great mentor for him and his brother, Rico.  James specializes in commercial real estate, auctions and residential properties, working very closely with investors and sellers.  He himself runs his own investing business with many rental properties and properties he fixes up and sells on his own.  He also focuses on lake homes, multi-family housing, vacant land, construction lots, investment and rental properties, and his track record of successful real estate sales proves him to be very knowledgeable in his field.

James Pietro and Expert's Realty merged with KIKO Realtors and Auctioneers so he and his staff can offer their clients a much larger geographical area, as well as more options and marketing opportunities for buying and selling real estate.  He has become a managing broker with KIKO Realtors and Auctioneers due to his success, knowledge and volume produced.  He has been a great asset to the team and continues to be of great value to his clients.

James is a member of Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Union Country Club and the East Central Board of Realtors.  James is very committed and involved with his clients and community.  He offers a one of a kind service to all his sellers, investors, and buyers.  

James lives locally in Tuscarawas County and enjoys making deals, spending time with his beloved shih tzu “Lebron James Pietro” and his family in his spare time.
