As harvest seasons wind down, many farmers and landowners are thinking about their equipment plans.

Is that combine worth storing for one more winter?

Would a new tractor be the right investment for next spring?

Many of our clients decide to sell off older or unnecessary equipment at the end of the season. In fact, according to Machinery Pete, Fall and Winter are ideal times to sell farm machinery at auction.

Consignment auctions

KIKO has specialized in farm equipment auctions since our founding in 1945. Our annual New Year’s Auction – now in its 26th year – is a popular event in the region for buyers and sellers of tractors, trucks, trailers, combines and more.

Whether one piece or an entire inventory, KIKO consignment auctions are an ideal solution for selling farm equipment.

The New Year’s Auction has moved to an online only format in recent years, taking advantage of national exposure to reach eager equipment buyers. During the auction, which runs for four days, the KIKO team handles every step of the process.

Sellers bring their equipment to the auction location to be catalogued and photographed. KIKO conducts the auction and then coordinates item pickup and load out.
